Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Persistence
Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
-- Calvin Coolidge

Andrew Perelli-Minetti graduated in June of 1999 from California Polytechnic Institute at San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business emphasizing in wine marketing. He then went straight up to the Napa Valley to start working in the wine industry to learn more about the product he would soon be selling. As a cellar worker at Rombauer Vineyards, APM was taught many different techniques of fine wine making, became comfortable with the intricacies of a winery, and more importantly learned about the people involved in the wine making process.
In November of 2000 he started to work for the family winery. As a salesman, APM specializes in new markets mostly within the San Francisco and greater Bay Area, recently some new accounts on the Central Coast, and nurturing relationships with distributors in and out of state. "It's a rewarding challenge to work at a small family winery with such wine making tradition, and to build a brand. To constantly promote our family wines, make them available to those who want to try boutique micro-blends of 100% designated varietal wines."
